At Sullivan County Victim Services, our primary goal is to promote a violence free society by stopping they cycle of violence for all.  Our agency strives to educate the community that all forms of crime are community problems.  It is time for our community to say "NO MORE" to domestic violence, sexual assault, and all other forms of crime.  As a community, we can hold perpetrators accountable and help victims through the healing process.

SCVS staff members are in the office each day Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Sullivan County Victim Services acts as an advocate for victims of crime.  As an agency, it is our mission to provide clients with information, referrals, counseling, shelter, educational programs, and advocacy services for victims and survivors or domestic abuse and other crimes and to strive for the elimination of domestic violence and sexual assault.

SCVS provides free and confidential services to 

victims of crime in

Sullivan County, Pennsylvania

Sullivan County Victim Services is a non-profit agency.  Our agency receives funding through various grants and fundraisers.  Our main funding sources are the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape.          We also rely on the generous monetary contributions that are donated by community members and business owners.  Please click on the "volunteer" tab to learn about additional ways the community can support SCVS. 

What does SCVS do?

Trained staff members advocate for victims of crime.

For more than 30 years, staff members at Sullivan County Victim Services 

have devoted their energy to providing services to and advocating for victims of crime.  Services are provided to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and all other crimes.  Services are available to women, men, and children.
